Q – I was using Entourage for my office work and MS Outlook for my personal use. Now, I want to access all the files on a single platform i.e. on the Outlook email client. I want to generate a backup of all my Entourage emails so want to export them to Outlook PST. Kindly suggest a solution to export Entourage MBOX files to Outlook PST.

As Entourage is supported in Mac and Outlook in Windows. It means you are moving from Mac to Windows. I understood your query and would like to suggest you go for third-party solutions.

As per your question, you have to convert MBOX files into PST format. You need to follow the given steps –

  • First: With IMAP account
  • Second: Using the export option
    • Connect USB drive to Mac system
    • Open Entourage email client
    • Go to File tab and select Export option
    • Select items to export
    • Click on Export option
    • Disconnect USB drive from Mac and connect it to Windows PC
    • In Outlook, click File and select Import option
    • Select Entourage information from an archive or earlier version and click on right arrow
    • Select Entourage archive RGE file and click on the right arrow icon
    • Choose the items like messages, events, notes, tasks etc. Check all the items you want to export
    • Click on the Browse tab and further click on RGE file
    • Click Finish to import Entourage MBOX into Windows PST
