I tried the manual steps but unable to recover the password because the above discussed steps require an old password and I don’t remember my old password. Can you please suggest any other solution?

I tried pst19upg.exe but it doesn’t work for me. I searched for it on the Google and came to know that it works with ANSI PST files. I am unable to understand it.

ANSI PST file means Outlook PST file earlier than 2003 version. They have some limited storage facilities. Can you please tell me which Outlook version you are using? This will help me to guide you the correct method.

You must try an automated solution i.e. PST Password Recovery Tool. The application will definitely help you to recover your PST file password with few clicks without asking for the old password. The tool works to remove any large password within a short time period.
