If you want a manual solution to export Lotus Notes emails to Outlook. You need to follow two steps – first export NSF file from Lotus Notes and then import it into MS Outlook client.
I don’t know the complete procedure to move Lotus Notes data into Outlook. Can you please explain the working of the whole procedure?
Here are the steps to move Lotus Notes data into Outlook –
- Open Lotus Notes client
- Open Mail tab
- Select a file from the menu bar
- Click Next and click on an Export option to start the export wizard
- Select a location to save the file
- Click on the Export option
Later on, import the exported file in Outlook
I followed the above method but didn’t find it effective for me. Can anyone please suggest any other method that can be quick and less time-consuming to me?
