Q – I am using Outlook 2016 for few years but now I am unable to get new emails in the client. Can anyone suggest me the reasons behind it and the solutions for this error? Thank you in advance.

Here is a solution you can try. Run your Outlook client in Safe mode. There are several methods to run Outlook in safe mode. You can follow the given steps –

  • Hold CTRL button on your keyboard when clicking Outlook shortcut on your desktop.
  • Click Yes when asking for ‘Do you want to start Outlook in safe?’
