Hi, I have read your issue and it is a major issue which generally occurs because of several reasons. One of them is there is some issue with POP & IMAP settings. You need to check the settings correctly and make sure you have added the email account correctly.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue. You need to check the server status, devices, and locations, password of your email account, filter settings, server space limits etc.

Hi, I have checked all the above things but unable to find the resolve the issue. Can you please help me to come out from the problem?

Sometimes, anti-viruses can cause the issue. You need to temporarily stop your antivirus or uninstall them from your system. I hope if this issue persists with you, you will be able to resolve it once you uninstall the anti-virus.

Updates and patches can create this issue. If you are facing the issue, there is nothing to be done except updating the email provider with important security update. I hope you will be able to solve your problem now.

I hope you will be able to resolve the issue after applying the above methods, If the problem still exists, you can re-install Thunderbird application.
